TPU 85A Printing Settings
Drying: 80℃ for 5-8 hours before use
Printing Temp: 225℃ (recommended 225℃)
Bed Temp: 35℃ (recommended 35℃)
Print Speed: ≤80mm/s (50-80mm/s optimal)
Nozzle Size: 0.6mm ( TPU 85A is incompatible with 0.4mm nozzles)
Filament Dimensional Accuracy: 1.75mm +/- 0.03mm
Important Notice: When using TPU filament, pay attention to nozzle compatibility. Neither 0.2mm nozzles nor high-flow nozzles are suitable. Additionally, 85A TPU is incompatible with 0.4mm nozzles. Additionally, avoid using hot ends previously used for printing fiber-reinforced materials like CF Filament or GF Filament. Residual fibers from these materials significantly increase extrusion resistance and can easily cause clogs

Before use high-speed tpu filament , it is must to ensure proper drying
TPU material exhibits strong hygroscopic properties . Printing without drying may result in print quality issues
After printing, it is recommended to store the filament in a dry environment with relative humidity below 20% RH
